2–4 years of relevant experience in business
development and proposal preparation in the engineering field.
Experience in preparing EOIs and Technical proposals
for donor-funded projects financed by international financial institutions
(IFIs) and development agencies.
Proven experience in business development
activities, ideally within engineering, construction, or infrastructure
sectors.
Effective communication skills to represent the firm
and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (architecture,
civil engineering or similar)
Proficiency in MS Office, with familiarity in Adobe
InDesign and CRM tools.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail,
and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
