The project is located on a land area of 235,000 sqm in Muqabalain area, incorporating central summer plaza with picnic areas & exhibition booths; such as food & beverage zones, even facilities, cultural & leisure facilities, and large scale exhibition halls (Phase II - future expansion).

The exhibition booths executed at this Phase are pre-cast concrete.
