The Lombard is a sophisticated 550m2 renovation of the Italian restaurant at the Grand Hyatt Amman Hotel.

Designed for Zara Investment Holding Co., the project involved a complete architectural and interior overhaul, including a structural analysis to support a new roof load and specialized lighting and kitchen design.

The resulting space features a striking glass-domed ceiling and an elegant bar, creating a premier urban dining destination.
