The project is an administrative building for services, adjoining a warehouse and maintenance workshops located on an area of 5,500 m2 in the city of the university for students in Dir`iyya, Riyadh.

Where an integration of different group buildings is set to function in a modern and unique way.

The use of each building is efficient, smooth, easy, and causes no interference with each other's.

The project consists of three floors for administration and one floor for the warehouse and workshops, in addition to the general site works, which include parking and landscaping.
