The project comprises of nineteen educational and training buildings located on an area of 100,000 m2 which include the faculty buildings of the mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronic engineering, computer systems & programming and the administrative building.

The faculties and administrative buildings consist of three floors in addition to the educational workshops which include two floors, a mosque and cafeteria, in addition to the general site works which contain landscaping, internal roads, parking areas, service buildings, water tanks, generators and sewage stations.
