Located within the southern wing of Block A, this project focuses on the development of a versatile event and conferencing suite on the ground floor.

The design emphasizes operational flexibility, featuring a layout that can function as a grand ballroom or be configured into specialized meeting rooms, complete with dedicated external entrances, integrated storage, and modern sanitary facilities.

To maximize the building's footprint, the project explores the strategic addition of a basement level, designed to serve as a high-capacity general store or a technical extension for the facility's laundry operations, effectively utilizing existing site topography to enhance back-of-house efficiency.
