Designed by AJi following a successful competition bid, the five-story resort occupies a 13,407.5 SQM plot and features 171 guestrooms designed to maximize sea views through a building massing that avoids long, continuous façades.

The interior concept, titled “Tales from The Gulf of Aqaba,” utilizes a material palette of sun-bleached neutrals and marine tones, incorporating artisanal elements like timber screens and hand-textured plaster to reflect local Jordanian motifs within a contemporary coastal vernacular.

Functional highlights include a double-height lobby overlooking the pool level, a flexible 300-cover restaurant, a gym, and a kids’ club, all supported by optimized operations such as outsourced laundry services to the nearby InterContinental Hotel.
