AJi was awarded the project as an architectural design competition. The project is a resort in Aqaba city located between Intercontinental & Kempinski, the operator will be VOCO which is part of IHG group.

The resort will include 170 rooms divided into guest rooms & suites with supporting facilities such as; café, beach club, retails, health club, spa, restaurants, bars and administration, all to be distributed over 6 levels.
