The project is located on a 25,000 m² site leased from MODON and is planned as a phased industrial development responding to future business growth.

The fully built facility will include approximately 15,000 m² of covered built-up area, representing around 60% of the total land.

The first phase comprises detailed design for approximately 11,107 m² of production and support buildings, establishing a flexible framework that allows for efficient expansion in subsequent phases while maintaining operational continuity and optimized site utilization.
