The purpose of this project is to provide Garraf Integrated warehouse and maintenance facility (IWMF) for PETRONAS Carigali Iraq Holding B.V.

Termed as PCIHBV. Al Garraf field is located in the southern part of Iraq, in the Thi Qar Governate, there are four discovered hydrocarbon reservoirs in Garraf field, so the site will be developed into two phases to achieve its targeted production.

The project will centralize the warehouse and maintenance of all existing building facilities and upcoming facilities inside Al Garraf Integrated facilities terminal (GIFT) area, these facilities will be located in a land area of 56637.9 sqm (290.5 x195) m.

The project consists of the following facilities: Workshop building, Warehouse, Chemical Warehouse, Office building for technical services, Laboratory for production team, IWMF Entrance, Guard House Building (3 Nos.), Substation and Transformer Area, Sheds for different purposes in the open yard, for car and trailer parks, site utility area and fabrication yard, Infra-structure, roads, drainage, …..etc.
