Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 5 - 8 years of professional architectural experience, with exposure to healthcare projects considered an advantage.
• Solid technical capability in architectural design, detailing, and documentation, with a good understanding of the design process across all project phases.
• Ability to develop schematic designs into detailed design and construction documentation packages.
• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination (MEP, structural, etc.).
• Ability to support project leadership and help manage and prioritize team tasks when needed.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and problem-solve within design and technical work.
• Familiarity with Saudi building codes and regulations (including FLS requirements) and relevant international standards, with the ability and willingness to research and apply them.
• Strong proficiency in software skills including Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Suite (mandatory).
• Understanding of BIM principles and workflows.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
