Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; MSc is a plus.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in the design of wet utilities networks, including water, wastewater, stormwater, and irrigation systems.
• Proven experience in water and wastewater master planning studies is highly preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of wet utilities design, hydraulic analysis, and network assessment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic modeling software, including SewerGEMS and WaterGEMS, and GIS applications.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
