Client aims to build a Compound in Al Majma’ah, Saudi Arabia, next to the new location of the King Faisal Air Academy.

The new Compound will be required to accommodate European Expatriate technical and administrative personnel together with their families, as well as O&M personnel.

The project consists of many component such as villas, apartments, visitor center, roads, car parking, school, hotel, sport centers and sewage network.
