The project is a Mixed-Use Military Training Facility, strategically positioned in Shuweir area, embodies a multifaceted approach to modern military training, with a keen eye on adaptability, sustainability, and technological integration.

The project was planned to span approximately 10,000 m², distinctly segmented into Zone A for core living and administrative functions, and Zone B for immersive training simulations.

Due to the requirements, standards, and client’s specifications the project’s area has increased to a 43,375 m², with a BUA of 7,804 m².
