The project is a mixed-use tower located in Abdoun on a land area of 3,591 m2.

Two options were provided as shown below; both options took into consideration the requirements of the green building by adding green areas with the introduction of the terraced podium to increase green spaces areas especially the design of the tower also took into account the terrain shape and conditions to exploit the land most efficiently.

• Option 1: Commercial podium with serviced apartments(BUA: 40,657m2)
• Option II: Commercial podium with residential units(BUA: 36,250 m2).
