The project aims to construct a civilized center in the eastern province of KSA to serve the social, economic, scientific, cultural, entertainment, and service sectors. The project will simulate local, regional, and international cultures and civilizations in an integrated fabric so that it becomes a cultural, social, and scientific symbol and a tourist landmark.

The center will be an iconic architectural piece to be added to the eastern province, it will host: multi-purpose halls, a closed theatre, a library, museums, a scientific & a cultural club in addition to the service facilities including a hotel, a gym, markets, a mosque, and the parking areas.
