The institute includes 19 buildings divided into educational and training buildings, located on an area of 60,000 m2 which contains architectural engineering institute, civil engineering institute and computer programming institute.

Each institute includes three floors, educational workshops for the different faculties, entertainment buildings, gymnasium in addition to the site works including landscaping, internal roads, parking, service buildings, water tanks, generators and sewage stations.

The total construction area is 35,000 m2.
