The Car Service Center project involves the adaptive reuse and rehabilitation of an existing facility owned by Nuqul Group, located in Wadi Al Seir.

The design transforms the structure into a modern, efficient automotive service hub, optimizing spatial organization, vehicle circulation, and operational performance.

The intervention introduces a refreshed architectural identity through clean industrial aesthetics and upgraded building systems, while prioritizing sustainability by maximizing the use of the existing structure.
