The project is set on a site of 8,000 m2 and includes the main production unit built of structural steel, which houses stores and cold stores, preparation areas, and cooking areas.

In addition, there are changing rooms, lockers, bathrooms, and showers; a mass storage area for raw materials with dock levelers; a dormitory for 150 workers; and administration offices.
