The project involves the development of a high-capacity data center for Khazna Data Centers, planned to deliver a total IT load of 40 MW.

The first phase will provide 21.8 MW within a built-up area of approximately 40,000 m².

The development comprises a primary data center facility, a separate office building, a central command center, and supporting infrastructure including a guard house, internal roads, and parking. The design emphasizes scalability, operational resilience, and secure, high-performance digital infrastructure.
