The project involves the development of a new industrial facility for the alfanar Electrical Division (AED) located in Dhi Qar Industrial City, Nasiriyah, Iraq.

The facility is designed for high standards and “green environment” objectives.

The project is executed in three primary stages:

• Phase 1 (2 Months): Land and technical studies, including surveying, geotechnical reports, and obtaining initial permits.
• Phase 2 (4 Months): Completion of detailed design, engineering drawings, and preparation of the tender and IFC packages.
• Phase 3 (12 Months): Management and construction supervision phase until project handover and closure

The services provided included: 

• Technical Studies: Topographical surveys, geotechnical investigations (soil tests), and hydrological/flood risk assessment studies.
• Design Services: Full detailed design for Architectural, Civil, Structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) disciplines.
