The Amman Bridge project, is a mega strategic initiative in Jordan’s transport and infrastructure sector, the Kingdom’s first elevated toll bridge spanning approximately 16 kilometers.

The project aims to: Improve transit traffic flow between southern areas and northern governorates. Minimize impact on local traffic along King Abdullah II Street. Integrate with the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system.

The study involved:

  • Conducting a comprehensive survey of the road axis
  • Reviewing the initial concept and assessing its feasibility
  • Preparing 3D architectural designs and visual simulations
  • Analyzing intersection locations, station sites, and traffic flow
  • The goal is to enhance overall connectivity, efficiency, and inclusiveness of the transportation system.
