Partner to Riyadh Municipality for Project, Assets and Facilities Management Office

Riyadh Municipality, through its Projects Agency, manages a SAR 8 billion portfolio of current and future projects to develop the city’s infrastructure.

Project Management Office services include asset and facility management, operations and maintenance, and development of technical standards.

The Project, Assets and Facilities Management Office in the public agency works with the contractor on existing and future projects at an estimated cost of about SAR 4 billion.

The Services Provided Included:

• PMO Services including establishment of the EPMO within the Amanah and remote offices; deployment of Mashroat processes and procedures; integration of the existing staff in Riyadh Amanah into the APMO; asset and facility management; operations and maintenance; establishment of project management and leadership training; Saudi engineer’s work programme; development of technical standards.
