As part of a nationwide initiative to enhance educational infrastructure in Saudi Arabia, the Ministry of Education launched an ambitious program between 2015 and 2020 to improve school facilities across the Kingdom. The plan included the construction of 3,200 new schools, ranging from large and small schools to kindergartens and special education facilities, alongside the refurbishment and modernization of 2,500 existing schools.

To oversee this large-scale development, the Ministry appointed Tatweer Buildings Company (TBC) as the key interface with the private sector, responsible for managing all aspects of planning, design, construction, contract administration, project execution, and facility management strategies.

As part of this initiative, AJi was entrusted with providing technical support staff for TBC’s Western Region Office, playing a crucial role in daily operations, technical oversight, and project execution support. Through this collaboration, AJi contributed to ensuring high-quality, efficient, and sustainable educational facilities, reinforcing Saudi Arabia’s commitment to advancing its education sector and infrastructure development.
