AJi is pleased to have contributed to the development of the Turtle Bay Hotel in Saudi Arabia. This project, envisioned as an on-site residential solution for employees at Red Sea Global (RSG), represents a milestone in sustainable urban development. RSG, a world-renowned visionary developer owned by the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia, entrusted us with the responsibility of creating a residential and commercial area that will house approximately 14,000 workers, staff, and management.

Turtle Bay is a testament to innovation, sustainability, and meticulous planning. The development comprises corporate offices, housing options, a diverse array of restaurants, and a wide range of leisure and recreational facilities.Turtle Bay is further set apart due to the integration of innovative smart services that ensure a seamless and convenient way of living for residents. 

Throughout the entire process, strict adherence to environmental standards was a top priority. To meet RSG's aims for sustainable development, the process did not utilize the construction of any temporary assets, instead focusing on the construction of permanent structures that could be repurposed when necessary, thereby safeguarding the natural ecosystems in the region. This commitment to environmental preservation underscores both RSG’s and AJi’s dedication to responsible urban planning.

Both the corporate offices and residential apartments were constructed using advanced off-site fabrication and modular construction techniques, thanks to our collaboration with DUBOX by AMANA. This industry leader in off-site construction has been pivotal in utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) to deliver high-quality structures, even at remote locations. Their expertise not only elevated the quality and safety of the buildings but also allowed us to reduce the number of construction workers required on-site, minimizing the environmental impact during both the fabrication and installation phases.
