The project consists of six new residential compounds developed to accommodate the housing needs of employees and contractors working along the East-West Pipeline. The compounds house approximately 1,748 individuals stationed at various pump stations.

Occupying a total site area of approximately 769,568 square meters, the compounds are located about 3 kilometers away from the pipeline corridor risk zone. The project serves primarily as a residential development and includes indoor and outdoor recreational facilities, along with integrated electrical and non-electrical utilities.
