The Ramlah Towers Mixed-Use Development is a large-scale urban project located in the Al Mansour district of Baghdad, Iraq, adjacent to the existing Millennium Towers by Ramlah. Envisioned as a modern, high-end urban hub, the development integrates residential, commercial, hospitality, educational, and public spaces, all designed with a strong emphasis on sustainability, efficiency, and functionality.

Covering a total plot area of 606,549 m² (approximately 60.6 hectares) and supported by an investment budget of $930 million, the project aims to accommodate an urban density of 650 people per hectare.
