Residential Tower, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Y-21 I 2025
The Masar Numu Residential Tower is a landmark high-rise residential development located within the Masar masterplan in Makkah, conceived at the concept design stage to offer a contemporary hospitality-driven living experience that is deeply rooted in the spiritual, cultural, and urban context of the Holy City.
Positioned strategically within the Masar skyline and benefiting from direct connectivity to major roads, rail, metro, and bus networks, the project integrates residential, retail, parking, amenities, and services within a vertically organized tower comprising multiple basement levels, podium floors, and residential plates.
The design philosophy is guided by the vision of “Where Spiritual Journey Meets Contemporary Hospitality,” translating Masar architectural guidelines and traditional Hijazi elements—such as arcades, screened windows, deep openings, terraces, and shawabeer— into a modern architectural language articulated through a layered composition of podium, logia, tower body, and crown.
The development provides a diverse unit mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments
totaling 346 units, supported by fully compliant parking provisions and generous amenities,
with a total gross floor area of approximately 47,168 m² and a built-up area of 88,276 m²,
establishing the project as a refined residential destination that balances functionality,
identity, and urban presence within Makkah’s evolving Masar district.
