The project entails a holistic masterplan for approximately 400 precast housing units in al Ghabawi area in Zarqa, complemented by surrounding facilities. Primarily designed to cater to military veterans.

The project was initially designed to host villa units, however, with the development of design, client requested to have apartment buildings instead of villa units.

Additionally, the scope encompasses the development of the surrounding streets.
