This project is commissioned by the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (Madayn), forms part of a broader framework agreement for consultancy services and focuses on the development and rehabilitation of Wadi Al Kabir Industrial City in Oman.

Covering an area of approximately 2.15 million m2, the project aims to enhance the site’s infrastructure to support industrial activities alongside essential social components such as accommodation, commercial, and recreational facilities.

AJi is responsible for delivering the master plan, detailed engineering design, and construction supervision.

The scope of work includes assessment of the existing infrastructure and the preparation of design and tender documentation for key systems such as internal roads, potable water, wastewater and sewage treatment, stormwater drainage, irrigation, electrical and ICT networks, as well as landscaping.
