The hospital is a facility for the care of people with special needs that require long stay and care in addition to the cases of motor disabilities.

Several blocks have been assembled to achieve integration and interaction of functions through horizontal and vertical motor linkage while ensuring privacy.

The blocks have been divided to include the mass of outpatient and inpatient and supportive medical services blocks and support services as well as emergency and operations and physical rehabilitation.

The design took into account the provision of natural lighting and ventilation through the provision of openings for the celestial illumination and create an interactive human environment with a spacious and harmonious with the outside while maintaining the high privacy of patients.
