The building consists of 6 floors plus an addition containing 5 cellars. The land area is 5,000 m2, the project includes project management services, internal nursing services, diagnosis, treatment, outpatient, operating room, emergency, support services and stores.

The supervision scope for phase 1 included structural skeleton, excavation, shoring, dewatering and support operation.
