The project is located in Amman next to the Grand Hyatt Hotel, the Grand Hyatt Residential Tower consists of 14 floors (T-1T14) each floor has a different number of apartments which are divided as follows:

• (T-1T7)             4 Apartments in each floor
• (T-8T10)           2 Apartments in each floor 
• (T-9T14)           2 Apartments in each floor

According to the as built drawings and the complete site survey, the renovation will include: adding new facilities to the reception area, limited interior architecture design for the mock up & to be applied to all apartments and bathrooms’ renovation.

The scope of work also included adding digital thermostat control to all FCUs, changing sprinkles’ heads and pipes, a new fire alarm system, a new voice evacuation system, IPTV system and telephones.
