The overall design of the complex is like an oasis or a village surrounded by dense vegetation that separates it from its neighbours. The project received LEED certification. The main three-story structure is complemented by free-standing buildings including a mosque, auditorium, gymnasiums, staff housing, and a halfway-house for patients. The use of water elements such as pools and fountains provides a cooling element, as well as a therapeutic and healing environment.
