The Al Faredah Project is licensed by the Ministry of Housing and Al Wafi Residential Programme, and is located in the eastern area of Dammam City.

The project consists of 1,460 residential units divided into 57 multi-storey buildings of different sizes.

The project also includes apartments, shops, retail, public site works, mosques, green spaces, roads, pavements, lighting services and infrastructure works.
