The project is a dairy facility project where milk and cheese derivatives are produced using fresh cows’ milk that is collected daily from an adjacent farm, which AJi also designed. The facility consists of a production area including raw milk processing facilities; storage area including freezers, dry row, incubator, cold store, crate washing, and shock freeze; offices and management area; reception area; and labour accommodation.
