Marsa Zayed is one of the most significant developments in the region, which was named in memory of the Late Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan. The project is in the centre of Aqaba City with a two-kilometre prime waterfront location. Marsa Zayed is a mega mixed-use waterfront project, including high-rise residential towers, retail facilities, recreational facilities, entertainment facilities, business and financial districts, and several branded hotels.
Several marinas were added to the current berthing capacity, which transformed Aqaba into a premier yachting destination, in addition to a state-of-the-art cruise ship terminal, which has become one of Jordan’s tourism landmarks and a welcoming gateway to Aqaba.
