Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
• 2–4 years of experience in proposals and tendering within an engineering consultancy environment
• Strong English and Arabic writing skills with proven coordination and time-management abilities
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign
