Located in Umm Suqeim along Jumeirah Road, this project involves the redevelopment of an existing office facility for the Public Beaches & Waterways Department of Dubai Municipality. The development focuses on upgrading and expanding the current premises to meet evolving operational and functional requirements.

The project includes the renovation and expansion of an existing single-storey office building within a 4,400 sqm plot, transforming it into a modern, efficient, and future-ready workplace. The proposed development introduces a new G+1 building, replacing and enhancing the current 500 sqm structure through a contemporary architectural approach that improves functionality, spatial efficiency, and user experience.

The design responds to the operational needs of the department while creating a cohesive site layout aligned with the approved affection plan, reinforcing the building’s role as a key administrative hub supporting Dubai’s public beachfront and waterway assets.
