Spanning a built-up area of 100,457 m², the project is designed to deliver a refined guest experience that balances contemporary hospitality with the cultural character of its context.

The interior design concept is driven by a warm, textural palette, integrating natural wood, hand-crafted stone, and curated textiles to create inviting and sophisticated spaces. The design emphasizes comfort, authenticity, and a strong sense of place, enhancing the overall guest journey.
