The facility is to be a state-of-the-art Health Sciences College comprised of new Schools of Medicine, Nursing, and Allied Health that provides a collaborative teaching, training, and research environment designed to support current and future students, educators, and health professionals in their respective pedagogies and technologies within the cultural and spiritual realm of a truly holistic environment.

The enrollment of the new College is targeted at 1,160 collective students among the three heath profession schools. An additional goal of being considered is the incorporation of an anticipated additional 400 students in specialty programs (Respiratory, PT/ OT, PharmaD, and others) .

The Medical College Project will be located on a plot with an area of 13,582 sqm, with a total built up area of approximately 51,621 sqm, distributed over 2 basement floors, a ground floor and 6 floors above ground.
