Planning and Developing a Unique and Sustainable Community
Master planning and infrastructure design, in association with International Architects Arcadia Design.
The development is an internationally recognised community that is both sustainable and unique in its scope. It includes 1,540 hotel rooms, 3,000 residential units, and Jordan’s first international standard golf course. The new town centre encompasses a marina, retail units, cafes, entertainment and recreational facilities, built around 75 hectares of artificial lagoons.
