The project involves the development of two major logistics hubs in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with a combined land area of 4,722,051 m².

The Central Logistics Park, with an area of 322,051 m², is located west of Al-Laith Road in the Al-Khomra area, while the South Logistics Park, with an area of 4,400,000 m², lies between the Second and Third Industrial Cities on Al-Laith Road.

The scope covers comprehensive design services from pre-concept master planning and architecture through detailed master planning, infrastructure concept, schematic and detailed design, to tender documentation and assistance.

The objective is to transform these sites into world-class logistics zones for the distribution, management, storage, and transportation of goods, enhancing Jeddah’s position as a key regional and global trade hub.
