A five-zone residential development, with each zone having a unique design theme of the villas.

The styles were Arabic, Santa Fe, Modern, Mediterranean, and Najdi.

The development contained a total of 3,188 villas, selected from 93 prototype designs, in addition to mosques (15 prototypes) and commercial/retail facilities (5 prototypes), all set on a site of approximately 520 hectares.
