Emerald Bay Resort is a destination that was envisioned as the region’s leading hotel, resort, and entertainment destination. The site was located in the Al Zumrad District, north of Jeddah. It was approximately 250,000 m2 in size with around 1 km of oceanfront property. Emerald Bay was developed as part of the unique offerings of Jeddah Season, which was a key component of Saudi Seasons, an annual entertainment, arts, and cultural event. The Emerald Bay Resort project scope included a waterpark, 5-star family hotel, luxury resort, and The Emerald Village.
