The Tahleya Gate Project was located at the intersection of Al Haramain Road and Al Tahleya Road, on an area of 360,000 m2. The project was developed into an integrated mixed-use project serving Jeddah City. The residential area included 30 residential buildings, from 8 to 16 floors, 1,912 residential units and parking lots.
