Extension of Existing Hospitals

Prepare studies, engineering and architectural designs, and tender documents

The project consisted of health rehabilitation centres throughout the Kingdom, to be attached to hospitals with a capacity of between 100-200 beds. These centres incorporated several health services, including physical and functional therapy, speech and hearing disorders, psychological and social treatment, and treatments related to artificial limbs and prosthetic devices. 

The centres were divided into two types and both consist of four floors:

  • Medical rehabilitation category "A" to be attached to hospitals with a capacity of 200 beds with an area of 9,000 m2

  • Medical rehabilitation category "B" to be attached to hospitals with a capacity of 100 beds with an area of 8,000 m2
