AJi is proud to share that construction has officially commenced on New Sadr City, a transformative national project spanning 10 km², aimed at addressing Iraq’s expanding urban needs.

The project envisions a fully self-sustained city, complete with integrated infrastructure and services to support over 400,000 residents.

The JV of AJi and A M Tech is entrusted with:

     • Complete master planning and detailed design

     • Full infrastructure and road design

     • Architectural and engineering design for the entire project

This major initiative supports the Mayoralty of Baghdad in realizing a bold and forward-looking urban vision.
