AJi delivered the striking design, which consists of seven
floors housing the main banking services, executive offices and management
facilities. In addition, the development features one sub-ground floor level
housing the building’s services and three basement parking levels.
The sub-structure was built mainly with reinforced concrete while the superstructure used structural steel, which allowed the developers to achieve the deep cantilever above the main entrance. The project used specially designed ceilings to carry mechanical and electrical services.
