The hotel has 315 keys over 4 storeys, and is considered the heart of Ayla Resort. It was the first hotel to be built within Ayla and set a benchmark for the resort by being highly original - and successful. The hotel is located on a unique 36,000 m2 island with 360° views, between the marina and the lagoon. 

The approach to the hotel is by land or sea. By land, the access is across a bridge linking the two lagoons and then winding up through the battlements to a lobby that looks out over the sea and the entire marina. By sea, the way leads directly into the middle of the hotel to a water-filled courtyard at dungeon level.
